Terms and conditions of the Plasto e-shop
In these terms and conditions (“the Terms”) words such as us”, “we” “our” and “Plasto” refer to Plasto AS and words such as “you”, “your” and “customer” mean you, the Plasto customer, using our Online Store. The Terms apply to purchases made through the Online Store, further terms and conditions apply to your sales agreement.
If there is a conflict in terms and sales agreement, the contract is handled by the terms set in the sales agreement.
If the question is not regulated by the Terms, then both parties should follow the terms in the Plasto sales ageement and general conditions. Plasto general conditions can be found at www.plasto.ee.
From the Plasto e-shop you can only purchase products, with an active link to „add to shopping cart.“ The price and availabilty of products can change without former notice. If the customer have placed the order before the price change, the order is carried out using the old pricing.
AS Plasto holds the privilege to withdraw from the contract made or from the sales without sanctions and not supply the customer with the ordered goods and services when the following situations occur:
- If we are unable to supply you with the Goods
- Goods on our site may be incorrectly priced, because of system failure.
- If the customer dosen’t match the set requirements.
If we are unable to dispatch the goods you have ordered we will inform you of this (by e-mail) and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
In the shopping cart/order page you can change the content of your shopping cart. After you have entered the delivery address and confirmed your order, the content can’t be changed and the cart is cleared from goods. If the customer terminates the order without confirmation, the goods must be selected into the cart again. If the order and contact information is filled correctly,customer can proceed with the payment. After you have entered the goods into the cart you are still able to add new products or enter the order.
E-shop enables you to pay for you order using bank transfer or payment link in the Payment Center. The currency used for settlements is EURO. Payment links are used:
- Estonia bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
- Estonia pay later solutions: Liisi ID
- Visa/Mastercard card payment
- Finland bank links: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
- Latvia bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
- Lithuania bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Šiauliu
- Lithuania pay later solutions: Mokilizingas, Moki3
Plasto Aknad.Uksed OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Plasto Aknad.Uksed OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The correct amount is shown on the prepayment invoice sent by e-mail.NB! After you have paid for the goods in the Payment Center you must exit the site by clicking on the „back“ button. As follows the order confirmation is displayed. (Warning! If the order confirmation is not displayed the order may not be filled.)
The goods are delivered to the nearest Plasto representation/shop, unless otherwise agreed. Order is handed only to the direct customer. All third parties are handed the goods only under exhibited power. Plasto reserves the right to use third party including courier service for the delivery. can authorize curiors for order trucking. Delivery time will be counted from the receipt of the advance payment to Plasto’s current account. Inner opening windows and doors have a standard delivery time of 7 weeks (maximum 9 weeks). Outer opening windows have a standard (white profile) 7 weeks (maximum 13 weeks)
Withdrawal from sales agreement and trade refund
Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract in fourteen days after the goos are delievered to the recipient. Purchased goods can’t be refunded if the goods are produced on calculations provided by the customer and on the terms set by the customer. Refunded goods can’t be used or ruined. If the goods are purchased in terms of a sales campaign, and any other product is added to contract. The customer must return the entire package.
In order to retreat from the sales agreement a letter of application must be sent to (the e-mail) %22">. The announcement must hold information about the refundable goods, order number, explanation and bank account number. The amount paid for the goods (except delivery costs) are refunded to the customers bank account within 30 days from the arrival of announcement to our sales staff. In order for the delivery to be refunded it must be approved by Plasto.
After the goods are returned, the sales staff will check the conditions of the goods and in case the value of goods has been decreased the customer must compensate the missing sum. Plasto may report the disclaim within one month’s time after the refund of good. The customer has the obligation to compensate in cases of the good being reworked, broken, embarrassed and etc.
Responsibility and the procedure (for consideration) of disputes
If the good dosen’t match the sales contract terms ( dosen’t match the sample or is faulty) the customer has the right to make/submit a complaint and ask for a refund. In case the goods are faulty customer has two years starting from passing the defected goods back to Plasto to make a complaint. Complaint must be addressed at once, but not later then two months from the fault detection and informing Plasto. To process returns quicker the customer has to sustain the transaction documents, which proves that the goods are bought from Plasto. Wihtout proofable documents the complaints are not satisfied/can’t be processed.
Complaints regarding the e-shop orders must be sent to the following aadress: Plasto AS, Peterburi tee 92d, 11415 Tallinn or to the e-mail aadress %22">. Returned goods must be brought to Plasto representation/shops( at the customer expense).
Faulty goods entitles customer to:
- Demand free repairs or replacement with a new product.
- Demand the lowering of purchase price or back out from the contract, in case:
- The goods can’t be fixed or replaced.
- Fixing fails
- Plasto has’nt repaired the goods in a reasonable matter of time.
- In the process to fix or replace the product has caused the customer to suffer unreasonable inconviencies.
Plasto is not responsible for defects of goods which are present because the goods are used, installed, stored, serviced or handled inappropriately. Guarantee terms are set by Plasto and provided in writing.
